Look up your order
Use your Wiisichong order number (e.g. WII-2026-0481).
How order tracking works
- You pay for products at checkout; shipping is quoted separately when your container reaches port, then we update you here and by WhatsApp.
- Statuses update when your order is packed and handed to our courier.
- “Out for delivery” means the rider is heading to your address.
- Need changes? Message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
